The Easter Rally is to be held at The Cotswold School, Bourton on the Water, this is a great new site to us,
within a small walk to the town centre.
The Rally will start at 10 a.m. Friday 2nd April 2010 and finish on Monday 5th April 2010.
The Rally Fee is £31.00 and a deposit of £20 will secure your booking with final payment
due by 16.03.10. For those of you who would like to come for a longer period we will open on
Thursday 1st April at 4 p.m also extending until 12 a.m. Tuesday 6th April at an extra cost of £8.05 per
unit per night.
We must stress that this is a school and you must not arrive earlier than 4 pm if you choose to
come on the Thursday as you will not be let on.
On the Friday during the day we will be serving Hot Cross Buns.On Friday evening there will be
a Sausage Sizzle and Soup served under the Circus Tent.
Hopefully it will not be too cold as we will have some heating but suggest you come wrapped up.
On Saturday morning we hope to have a walk and on Saturday night we are having an American Supper,
for those of you who don't know what this is, you all bring a plate of food with you, only enough to feed
yourselves, it gets put onto a communal table and everybody helps themselves.
We will provide Crisps etc. This will be held in the School dining room and we will be doing a quiz with
some music provided.
On the Sunday morning if you have ordered a Sunday Paper it will be available for you to collect from
your rally officer’s awning also your Easter goodies. There will be a Children’s Treasure Hunt times
will be on the board.
On Sunday afternoon we will be serving Tea, Coffee and Cakes and having a Glass Tombola for our
Charity, any items in glass e.g. jam, pickles etc. will be gratefully received
Bourton is a very pretty place to visit with many gift shops. Potteries, a Model Village, a Maze, Perfumery,
Restaurants and Public Houses all within easy walking distance. There is a small supermarket just
across the road and a Leisure Centre next door to the school for swimming.
Stow on the Wold is another very pretty town at just 4 miles away and is well worth a visit.

returned together with £20 deposit to your Rally Officers.
